Wow. I've never had ANYTHING fight me harder than 20g stainless steel wire before, which sounds odd, but it's true!
My pliers are wimpy and I ended up wrapping it around my thumb like a piano wire so I could pull it tight enough to wrap the drops so they wouldn't look like total mess.
OUCH.
Such a beast, but I'm very happy with how it turned out.
Byzantine birdcage base with triangular drapes and ruby in zoisite rondelles and drops.
Yes, it's weighty, but it won't pull you over on your head. You can still whip around and shake in it with no problems!
For the dancer, graceful and mysterious. Seductive and enchanting.
The pictures don't do it justice, but you get the idea. It was a bitch, but I'm glad I finished it in time for the shows coming up.

It's not light, but it's a comfortable weight. It sits well on the collarbones, so you don't really notice it.
